1. Custom orders cannot be accepted without a slot booking as we can work on limited customisations only during each month.
2. The booking amount for the slot will be adjusted in the final costs.
3. Please reach out to us if you're unsure about the feasibility of a specific product or design and leather colour availability before booking a slot.
4. Slot bookings are non-refundable. However, they can be carried forward to the following month(s) - up to 2 months, if unused. Subject to slot availability.
5. Limited spots are available for each month.
6. Each person can book a slot which guarantees a maximum of 2 custom items in the chosen month.
7. Slot booking fees and costs for custom products cannot be clubbed with any offers, discounts or loyalty rewards.
